Help Setting Sounds, Alarm

Hi, I can't figure this out...is it possible?

I am trying to put the phone into alarm only mode. I want the alarm to go off without ringing or vibrating for any incoming call. I sleep with the phone close by and sometimes don't want to wake up if someone calls.

Also, is it possible to have the phone vibrate when i get a text message, but ring when i get a call?
