I'm working with a 3GS that originally had 3.0. Owner upgraded to 3.0.1. I "thought" I could jailbreak it on 3.0.1 or revert to 3.0 and JB.
I'm stuck in recovery mode and can't get out else I restore in iTunes, lose everything, and end up on 3.1 which I can't jailbreak (?).
I think.
Is it hopeless? If I can get out of Recovery Mode, I think I can fix this but nothing I do works?
