HELP: Take 2 Questions.

Hi,

The new features of Apple TV Take 2 look great; HD rentals streaming, SD renting etc. However this is from the US store. I am based in the UK. I have a US store account with some money from a voucher on it.
I was wondering what to do if I purchased a Apple TV now.

How will I update the box with the US update so I can rent films etc. rather than the UK update? (or this just the same update for all boxes and rentals are dependant on the iTunes store being used?)

Also will I be able to download the iTunes rentals at normal speeds or will they be much slower beacuse I am in the UK?
