help the noob, how do i "update the over existing version"?

i'm trying to download the saisuke paid version after using the free version for ~ week... i have a lot of inputs in the free ones and don't want to have to redo it on the paid version. on their website, they say you have to "update over the existing version", but being the noob that I am... i have no idea what that means.

Help!

Try going to your iTunes, click on your device and click on Applications. After that, take off Saisuke Demo and sync it. So this way it is not on your iTouch/iPhone, then go to the App Store ON YOUR COMPUTER and download the full version. Don't Worry, if you have already paid, you won't be charged. After the download is finished, sync it to the iTouch/iPhone.

I think they're talking about updates to the paid version, I don't know of any way to update from lite to paid versions. Can you backup the data in the lite version?

ya.. that's what i ended up doing.

to the other poster, if i did that, all data would be deleted as well, wouldn't it? anywho.. problem solved.
