In my User profile > Music, I've got the following:

iTunes
Music

iTunes has iTunes Media with the following:
- Automatically Add to iTunes (empty)
- Automatically Add to Music (empty)
- Music (has my imported CDs, so my iTunes library)
- Downloads (empty)
- Downloads TV (empty)
- Automatically Add to TV (empty)
- Downloads-Tv (empty)
- Mobile applications (.ipa files)
- Voice memos (has voice memos)

Music has the following:
- Previous Libraries (has this file: Music Library [2021-06-04 14.02.21].musiclibrary)
- Media (has a folder called Automatically Add to Music, which is empty)

What I'm confused about is why Music is empty but iTunes has media files, when Music replaced iTunes. Can I delete everything and just keep iTunes > Music?

No. That is probably/maybe the only copy of the item.

Appears that Music is like Photos in that it references the old library vs moving things around. The tracks show in Music, but will link to the old iTunes library file copy. Verified this in my library.

Are you referring to iTunes>Music (which has all the song files) or Previous Libraries>Music Library[date].musiclibrary ?

The one I want to keep is the former (iTunes>Music>Files) and delete everything else as it seems old or empty folders.
