HELP: Trying to get Beta 11

I use to be on Apple's Beta program up to IOS 10, w/its last Beta download there, when all of a sudden it stopped w/11, on my iPAD 2 Mini.

I just tried signing up again, and all I get is "Sorry! Your session has expired"

I have tried several times, but get the same message.

You don't need to sign up again, all you need to do is download the new profile. Just sign in, go to enroll device and download profile.

I've done that several times already and it doesn't work.

Once again, I keep getting "Sorry! Your session has expired", and yes I closed the browser at each attempt.

Yes, no changes.
