Help! Unlocked iphone 1.1.1 to 1.1.3 method ?

i have a 1.1.1 iphone unlocked since sept (originally was 1.0.2). unlocked using anysim.

how do i get from here to the newest 1.1.3 unlock?

methods all seem to need a 1.1.2 or 1.1.3 jailbroken phone first?

please point me in the right direction to get this done.
the unlock is essential since i live in Canada (no iphone officially)
