Help! (unresponsive keys, unhappy with customer service)

The keyboard's keys 'F','R', and '4' keys don't work after reinstalling the whole OS, repairing permissions, etc.

I thought you sent this in for service? You said you will be getting your replacement machine on Tues in your FS thread???

On the order number, it says I am receiving a basic white macbook. I do not want that. I will get it straightened out, and update it.
