iPhone X Help: UP Next Widget

Using the Up Next widget on my iPhone x.
I've noticed that only some events from my calendar will show up in "Up Next".

I have to appointments on one day but only one appointment shows up.

Anyone here know how to make all the appointments show up?

Also, in the "Up Next" widget, how many days in advance should I be able to see?

If I have an appointment on a Thursday, should I be able to see my Friday or Saturdays too?
