Help - Upgraded to El Capitan and few issues came up

Upgraded to El Capitan few days ago. Now facing 3 issues:
First one I keep getting this:

I have tried the following:
logged out from the account, logged back in. Error came back.
Created new account and tried to sign in to my iCloud, got same error on new account.

Tried to repair El Capitan which brings me to second issue. Downloading it from app store is horrendous.

This is after 2 hours.

Everything else from the app store is downloading fast with no issues. Only El Capitan


3rd issue:
Along with iCloud error i keep getting this:

Any ideas how to resolve these 3 issues?

Whenever I see the 'Later' prompt on Sierra, it does work later … much later.

finally downloaded El Capitan. Thats one down 2 to go
