help (uploading a video in my ipod)

i have ipod 3g . i upgrade its ios to 5. but now i have a trouble to upload a video in my ipod. plz help me what the problem. before i upgrade its ios ipod take mp4 video. but now i use same video itunes say "1.mp4 was not copied to the ipod because it cannot be played on this ipod... this is the same video which i have before upgrading my ios.....

sorry it wont work. i read that forum and my video is same as there mentioned.. and previously i use the same video before upgrading ios it work after upgrading ios 3.2.2 to ios 5 same video format wont work..
