Help! Used ziphone 2.0 and I'm stuck on apple

Ran ziphone 2.0. It said please wait 45". I waited about an hour and nothing happened. Now itunes doesnt recognize that theres an iphone connected to the computer. When I try to reset, the apple comes back, but nothing happens. I tried creating another account, but still itunes does not see the phone connected.

8gig iphone and a mac mini 1.66 intel core duo.

Hold both buttons Power and Home untill itunes opens and says your phone needs to be restored. Restore it and I suggest leaving it alone for now.
