Help Viewer

It worked fine when I first used it, but during the last couple of days its been .. moody. It takes forever to load the general Mac Help page and sometimes it never does. The search function only works half the time and when I was trying to open up the Ink Help it just gave me a blank page that refused to load. Suggestions?

Edit: Oh, and it just crashed on me now...

There are probably some corrupted .plist (preference or cache) files that you have to delete. This guide will walk you through it:

Ink help still refuses to show.. one thing I encountered was the absense of an com.apple.helpui.plist file which I was supposed to trash..

Edit: The regular help is now working albeit slowly, but clicking a topic from the Library won't open it and the Ink Help won't open from the link off the Ink Window..
