i've had the new SR MBP since July and everything has been working fine on it. but yesterday, out of the blue, the backlight keyboard quit working and i cant seem to figure out how to get it running again. everytime i push the bright or dim buttons (F9 or F10), it shows the icon on my screen but it has a circle w/ a slash through it. also, i have the backlight function turned on under the keyboard and mouse section in system preferences. can anyone help me figure out how to get this working again?????

The backlight only works in low light conditions. The light sensor isn't picking up that it is in low light. Are you in a bright area?
