My right Airpod Pro sits perfectly, I just put it in once and it's there, no motion.

My left one is like a lose screw, I constantly have to put it back in again and again - no matter what it seems to fall off from my ear.

Is there anything that can be done about this? I've already tried different sized "endings" (whatever they are called in English), but it didn't help at all :(

You my friend are the owner of asymmetrical ears. You’re not alone, we are legion. I experienced this as well to a lesser degree with APP and other in ear style buds. I ended returning mine, but you might want to try the comply foam tips and see if that does the trick.

My left ear hole is slightly bigger than the right. So I fit the small on the right side and medium on the left side, problem solved.

There’s wing tips that works well, but only cons are that you have to always take them out if you put APP back in case. Unless you can deal with having the lid always open.
Haven’t tried the foam tips, because use APP for exercise.

I have exactly the same issue so got some wingtips which stops the left one falling out but it still doesn't feel as secure as the right one. If I'd bought the Airpods from Apple I would have sent them back but sadly I didn't!
