I just updated to OS X El Capitan, and on the mail app, I used to have notes. And now I think they don't have notes feature on the mail app anymore. Does anyone know where did the notes on my mail app go?

have you tried googling this? i just found this, not sure if it's correct: Username > Library> Mail > V2 > Mailboxes > Notes.mbox.
if it's in mbox form, you can import it into el cap's email, then copy & paste into the Notes app. but are you using icloud? if they're there, they should sync to the new notes app (if you're signed in...)...
