Help: Which GPS App does this?

I was told briefly about a GPS application that keeps track of all your friends or people you know who also has an iphone 3G on the GPS.

I heard that the apps was called Loops? But cannot find it, maybe that was not the correct name.

So does anybody know a GPS app that allows you to see where your friends are and they can also see your location?
