Help, white screen!!!

Cant access my emails, phone, text messages......it is frozen on a white screen. I have updated it, tried resetting it, tried turning it off.......nothing is working. what do I do?

Press "Hold" and "Home" buttons at the same time and keep them pressed for about 15 seconds untill iphone powers off in hard mode. Then when iPhone is off press the "Hold" button once to power on. If iphone doesn't power on, try pressing harder - it should start up. This should fix everything.

I had the very same problem. My iPhone was stuck on the screenshot. I couldnt hard reset it, so I had to connect it with iTunes and after a back and a few errors it finally could restore. I'm bringing it back tomorrow though homo button isn't working properly, dock connector only works on some cases and the screen is al squeeky.

Take it to the apple, store, just say its done that white screen, they wll try restoring it, if that fails and its under a valid warranty then they will most likely replace it. That's what happened to me.
