Help with 2 jailbroken 3G iphones and 1 itunes account

I jailbroke 2 iphones a couple months back, for my ex-gf and I but now I need to get hers setup on her own itunes account on her phone and her computer. Is there an easy way to do this since both have been synched to my account?

I would say my best guess would be set hers up then go to settings>app store>sign out then sign back in under her account.
