Alright, I am Unlocking a 2G iPhone running 2.2 with QuickPWN for Mac. Everything works fine on the phone, but I cannot get T-Mobile to activate. It could be that it is pay-as-you-go, but I'm not sure. I'm so lost, can you please help?

It would probably be better to use pwnage tool instead. More options and more advanced in unlocking. Just read this site and it should help.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5G77 Safari/525.20)

Get on wifi and through cydia get bootneuter and use it to unlock since quickpwn does not unlock
