Help With an Emulator

I just downloaded the NES 3 app that runs rom and watching a tutorial in cydia from a 123.com website (had 123 in the name) I downloaded a pack of 69 games. They were all in the app's library after the download but are running INCREDIBLY slow and it plays audio twice over itself. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks.
