I searched and searched to no avail, so I'm posting to get some opinions.

I got the latest apple tv to plug into my 23" HD monitor.... There is no audio option on the monitor, so I'm hoping I can use this cable that's HDMI to VGA & RCA audio outs.

So I'd go from Apple TV's HDMI, the cable is split, so VGA to the monitor, then the red and white RCA's to my speaker bar's input.

Will this work?

Here is the cable

Please get HDMI to 3 RCA adapter or
HDMI to 5 RCA adapter and you will find it from Amazon.
