So my Apple Watch keeps draining battery - it started at 100% but it’s at 50% in 6 hours. I use audio for my work place, and because my phone is connected to the Apple Watch it mirrors it and drains my battery (and this is my first day using my Apple Watch series 4).

I did the method of going to general and turning off “Auto-launch Audio Apps” but after I reset my Apple Watch and closed all tabs it still appears on my Apple Watch that audio is still playing (from my phone). When I double click my tabs, it also does not show that I have audio on (but on my Apple Watch it shows there is audio playing).

Could someone please help me, am I doing something wrong? Can I totally dismiss audio from my Apple Watch completely?
