Help with Categories

When I jailbroke my iPhone for the first time I installed categories and organized my apps.

The thing is after that whenever I made a change to a folder or something all my apps would get disorganized. Then I noticed that this would happen too whenever I would apply a theme or something. I got tired of it and decided to un-jailbrake my iPhone.

Recently I jailbroke it again. I just wanted to now if this behavior is normal with Categories so I know if I should install it again or not.

it happened to me once. not exactly sure what caused it. i kept going into categories and restarting the springboard but that didn't work. or at least it made it where all the apps where in the springboard and the folders. i ended up just going into bossprefs and hiding the apps.
