Help with cocoAspell

I'm a recent switcher, it's being one week!!! So far so good, but I have a problem with installing the cocoAspell. I installed it to the instructions on their website. When I wanted to activate the dictionaries, I launched System Preferences, but didn't find any tab called "Spelling". Am I doing something wrong?
