Help with configuration please

I am looking to buy the new MacBook Pro 15" Touch Bar and needed advice on what configuration to purchase.

I mainly use my mac for web browsing, youtube, school work, and movies. I occasionally edit videos but nothing too serious just for fun. Anyone think it would be worth getting the configuration boost to: 2.9GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.8GHz and Radeon Pro 460 with 4GB memory???

I am not that knowledgable about what the graphics card would do for me in regards to my use of the mac or I would even notice the difference

From what you said, a stock model should fit your needs. No need to spend all that money on those specks.

I doubt you'll notice the difference in the CPU or video card, but you would in SSD performance. Get the bigger SSD instead (the 512 is faster than the 256, in addition to having more storage).
