I have an iPad and iPhone and would like certain apps on iPad but not on iPhone. But when I download Real Racing 3 that I only want on iPad it pushes over to iPhone which fills up my phone storage. Is there anyway to turn this off? My main aim is to have mostly apps on iPad and music on iPhone.

Edit: Would simply deleting the apps from my phone work? Or would that make them delete on iPad as well?

Thanks

You can delete apps from the device(s) you don't want them on without affecting the other device(s) you own.

In addition to turning off automatic downloads, if you sync with iTunes on a computer, you should make sure "Automatically install new apps" is not checked in iTunes for all your iOS devices. This will be under apps for each device.
