I forgot what it is I need to sign out of in order to log out of an iCloud account that’s on family share.

I got my grandson a new iPad, and want to sign out of his iCloud on his old iPad to set it up for his little sister. Right now it isn’t giving me the option. I have screen time stuff turned off. What am I missing?

You're saying that going to Settings > [his name] > scrolling to the bottom doesn't show a Sign Out button?

It does, but it is faded out and can’t be clicked. I don’t know if there’s a setting I’m missing somewhere. I was pretty sure you had to turn off screen time or something, but I think that’s done.

Yes I think it is screen time related. The family sharing organiser needs to turn off screen time from their device.

Also I would do a factory reset rather than just signing out of iCloud when transferring a device to another person.
