iPod Help With Genius

I'm trying to set up Genius, but I keep getting this error:

reinstall itunes 8.

if that doesn't work, read about the requirements on apple.com. i'm not sure whether itunes 8 is fully compatible with vista or not.

Just did a re-install and it didn't fix it. According to Apple's website it should work fine with Vista.

Your problem is that you are using Vista. It is likely that it is blocking access to the required folder.

That may well be, but as far as I am aware Vista is not compatible with Vista
