Help with ios 7.0.4 jb on a 5s....

I can't open cydia. It's been jb obviously for a while now, and someone in my family mistakenly updated a bunch of updates in cydia. Well now cydia just crashes when i hit it. The jb tweaks still work though, I've tried hard restarting/respring still crashes. Any ideas?

Safe mode.

Shut the phone off, turn it back on, hold down volume up immediately and keep holding it until you get to the lockscreen.

Unlock the phone, open Cydia. Uninstall the offending tweaks. Reboot the phone as normal.

Yeah I tried that. Went into safe mode. Still won't open cydia.

Well, if I remember those days correctly, we used to have iLexRat to save us from jailbaiking problems. It was also updated later for IOS 7.x

No idea though, it this still works
There was also Semirestore option, but again, no idea if it can still be used.
