iPad mini help with ipad mini case please

I am in search for an iPad Mini Case that DOES NOT LOOK CHEAP! I ordered an i blason case from Amazon but ended up returning it because it looked so generic and poorly made. Needless to say I sent it back!

Any recommendations for higher quality case under $30 with smart cover function? It'll be great if it turns too!
I don't want the apple smart cover becasue I want the back protected too.

Cheap is very subjective. I've personally gone with the KHOMO slim case which is $12.99 shipped on amazon and feel it suits me perfectly.

It has the incase-style rubberdized snap case feel that covers even the shiny part of the ipad's bezel.

The front "smart cover" like cover works with sleep/awake and has a plastic/rubber texture which is not too cheap feeling.

You know there is a mini case thread right? I'm sure you'll find the perfect one there!
