Hey all, so i just got my iPhone 4S from the pawnshop and i think some ******* tinkered with something that resulted in this problem.. the phone is Jailbroken on iOS 9.0.2 , it ran flawlessly before. first time i booted the phone it was on Safe Mode as indicated on the status bar, there were no icons or dock just that background there was also a pop up that said Springboard has crashed so it went into Safe mode , i restarted the phone to 'normal' state but still there was nothing at all in the homescreen Control Center and notifiction dragdown still works but when i click on a widget to hopefully bring me to an app nothing loads up.......... Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advanced!

Do you need it to stay jailbroken? If you don't really care, then you can probably just restore it and use it that way (assuming it's not Activation Locked).
