Help With Iphone

I recently installed a application from Hack your Iphone.com and i think it was called jailbreak and now a majority of my memory is gone and i am unable to update my software and it will not let me reset my iphone...is there anyone who may know how i can get rid of this jailbreak and get my phone back to normal???? any help would be greatly appreciated

You can't do a restore through iTunes?

Just FYI, no matter how easy it is to jailbreak your iPhone, I wouldn't recommend doing it unless you understand what's going on. You aren't even sure what the application was called.

it will not let me restore it it says there is some kind of error....here is the website that i used to put the application onto my iphone.... My phone works and all its just the memory is taken up with something else....
