I entered a 25 dollar iTunes gift credit on my computer and have about 20 bucks left in credit........I don't have my computer , and I want some new music on my iPhone, if I use the wireless iTunes store will my credit be used ??????

yes, this is how it worked when i had remaining funds from an itunes gift card on my account and purchased songs through the wifi itunes store on my iphone...

Yes, when you purchase from your iPhone it will apply any credit available in your account. I've done that myself.
