I was on support and they didnt help me, I got stuck with some useless chick.....I have a macbook pro..and I want to delete everything on the computer so its like brand new.....all except all my music, videos, media from itunes..and my user name info....does any one know how,

I think you meant to type "useless person".

I would think the easiest thing to do would be to back up everything you want, and do a format and reinstall, and put everything back on after that.
 
Do you want to keep all of your files? that is, downloads, applications, etc? If so, Archive and Install. Else, backup everything you want to keep, then do a Clean Install.
