Help with Mail

I've been using Microsoft Entourage to get my email for a while now, but I am becoming very frustrated with it. It's impossibly slow on my MacBook Pro. I really want to switch to Mail but I've had issues trying to get Mail to access my schools Exchange server. I've contacted my schools help desk and they have no clue how to do it. Any help whould be appreciated.

Isn't there an option to import settings from entourage? If not, I would check the exact settings you have in Entourage and make sure you enter them correctly in Mail. Sorry I can't be more help.

I'm having probs with my email too I can't get it to setup in the mail program wont go through to the pop server for some reason

Viccles, I was having this problem too. Try waiting for like 5 minutes as the little loading wheel spins. Setting up an account in Mail seems to take a while.

I did, it said "server not responding".

I'll try importing settings from Entourage.
