Yesterday I noticed that my computer seemed to be running a little slow. So I looked at the activity monitor and it looked odd. I did a reboot and it still looked odd. I'm a fairly new Mac user (though no stranger to computers), so I thought I'd post a photo and see what's up.

Does this look right?

Not sure why the image isn't showing. Here is the URL: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/15521714/image1.TIF

I guess I should also give some details. Been on Yosemite for a couple weeks now (I installed the first GM and have been keeping it updated). Haven't installed anything new since I noticed the issue. One day it was fine, the next it was running slow. It's a Macbook Pro from March of this year.

You could also post the Memory window from your Activity Monitor. That CPU window doesn't show anything that I would call odd...

I think the picture is too big. Scroll down and you'll see the entire window.

I can see the entire screen shot that you posted. You can't scroll down in a screen shot.
But, CPU isn't really helpful here.
Post a screen shot of the Memory screen.

I see what you're asking (sorry, been a Windows guy forever). Let me get a screenshot.

Never mind. When I switched to the memory tab, I saw what I was expecting to see. I can also see that the memory is fine now. It was a PEBKAC error it seems (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair).
