Help with my CoD4 installation

Hi, new to all this and not very good at english (sweden baby) and dont know if this is the right category...
anyways i need a little help with my installation.
I downloaded Cod 4 on http://download.cnet.com/Call-of-Duty-4/3000-7563_4-50655.html and it's all done, but when i try to install it, it says "select item" and "no software could be found to update. Press Other to locate your software.

Now here's the little newbie prob...I dunnow what software is for cod4..

Please please help me in the easiest english possible.
Is there something a need to download or is it something i already got??

That is just an update, not the full game. You need to buy the full game.

You either buy it via physical media or maybe some shop offers to download it.
