Help with outlook

Hi everyone!
Just got a iPad Pro 12.9 and I am having an issue when trying to send and email using outlook. When on chrome I want to share a web page via email but I get this error saying open outlook app 1st to setup, I looked all over and I have no idea what needs to be set up. Everything seems ok.. Help please anyone? I don’t want to install the gmail app ...

Cannot share picture with Outlook App

When I attempt to share an image from the Photos app on my iPhone to the Outlook app. I get a notice that says: Set up needed – please open the Outlook app before continuing. I have done what it said

Thank you I figured it out, I had to choose the more option 1st then it works fine after that ...weird lol...
