iOS help with sdk 3.2 ipad..

I just downloaded sdk 3.2 do I have to be in the 99$ dev program to access the ipad simulator. inside sdk 3.2 all i see is the iphone simulator. can someone tell me where the ipad simulator is?

It's the iPhone simulator. Open it and in the menu, pick Device > iPad.
