iPhone Help with sharing feature in iOS

So, I'm not sure which app is causing this, but when I try to share a link or picture via email, my screen looks like it does in the attached picture. I've tried disabling some tweaks but I can't seem to track this down. Anyone have an idea of what's causing the empty white space on the bottom? When I share a picture, it looks like the second picture.
