Help with SIM card

Hi all

It has arrived & unlike my first one this hasn't got a SIM card in it, but separate. 2 questions

1) I thought I had upgraded so why have they sent me a new SIM card

2) How the hell do you change it??

1) You should just use your old SIM card if you're upgrading. I'd try that first, although there might be a strange reason why they've issued another one. Perhaps it's just a clone of your existing SIM?

2) Use the SIM tool in the 3G box as per the instructions IN THE MANUAL

its not even in the manual, its on the manual box itself. impossible to miss!

and yet i did....did it with a paper clip in the end i was looking for that bloody thing for ages
