Hey,

I'm starting a web project with a friend, and need to know how a user would upload a file (music or video) for us to review.

Anyone know the best web technology to use? (php & mysql) or is there something else we should use?

A place where a user can log in and basically upload a song or video for us to comment on & help. And eventually post it for others to see/listen?

Any ideas?
