Help With "Slide To Unlock"

Alright hey everyone, i just have a slight problem with my iPhone.

First off ive been watching alot of youtube videoes on how to do this and such.

1. I jailbroke my iPhone 3G
2. Downloaded WinSCP
3. Logged In And Such
4. Alright i do everything that a tutorial said to do and it still hasnt worked, ive tried many tutorials then decided to get some help from you guys
