How can I get the ayecon badge to work properly? I'm not using the whole theme. Is there a file I'm missing?

You can try copying out the info.plist file from the ayecon Springboard.theme and make a folder/theme just for it. The badge fronts, size, etc is in the plist.
I'm also a newbie, but i think that would work.
