Installed my SSD. Its running snow leopard. 120gb

I can't migrate everything from my old boot drive because its too large.

What would be the most efficient way running Logic 9? Right now I'm going to try installing it on the SSD and keep all project files, loops, etc on another hdd. Any other ideas?

Nope. Everything but the Applications need to go on a 2nd drive. Best bet is to move your entire home directory to this 2nd HD as Logic has fairly hefty sized support files as well (Loops etc). I use a 3rd HD for 3rd party samples (Trinity, BFD).

Thanks for the reply. Moving the home folder should save me some space for sure! I moved the loops as well and Logic 9 is able to recognize it every time.
So the loops and project files on a second drive works.

Any other ideas?
