Help with this wallpaper size

Hi all , I like to use this wallpaper and no matter how I try to shrink it to fit my screen it looks stretched out and like crap... can any one that knows how to adjust size kindly do this to fit a 12 max?

Then you would to add someting on the top or bottom.
