I jsut purchased Toast Titanium 6 from a member on here. I have it installed.

So I tried to take some short clips of my dog that I have, that play just fine in Quicktime, and I dragged and dropped thm in to the toast drop space. I then burned the CD, I choose basic, and standard quality, the NTSB button was checked. IT went thru its deal, encoding and writing my CD. Then when I open the CD, I see the .DAT files but they wont open and I open every folder and try to open every item and nothing will play. It has a VCD foldr and like 5 or 6 others, and i open every polder and NOTHING will play. Sometime it tried to open OS9 but i dont have it. IM very confused.

can someone enlighten me?

thanks

Hey Trout74, can you give a screen shot of the Toast setup and the items on the left of the Toast window? You also said it won't play after the burn as in a stand alone dvd player or your Mac...or both?

Both, it wont play in a DVD player, though I figured it wouldnt as i only have a CD burner, but I would think it would play on my Mac.
how do I get youa screen shot? there is no print screen button on an apple keyboard.

I found the " ask a question " part of toast and I am reading thru it, it is helpful, I might needa newer DVD player to play videos. Mine is actually a Play Station2, that i watch movies with, but my Mac should play Movies i would think.
