Windows 7 doesn't seem to recognize the Nvidia graphics cards. Is there a simple way to have it recognize them? i'm getting 1.0 on graphics and Aero on windows experience.
Download and install the nVidia drivers directly from nVidia for your GPU. I am assuming this is for your MBP.
GeForce 8X00M Series Windows 7 x86
GeForce 8x00M Series Windows 7 x64
GeForce 9X00M Series Windows 7 x86
GeForce 9x00M Series Windows 7 x64

Driver page for nVidia (Just choose your GPU and Windows version)
Driver page for ATI (As above)
Notes:
- The 'M' refers to mobile.
- The 'X' is any number so it can be 9400, 9600 etc.
- The 8000 and 9000 series are the same download I just listed both for people whom get confused.
- What matters is x86 (32bit Windows 7) and x64 (64bit Windows 7).
- For nVidia driver downloads 7 series, 8 series etc... refer to 7x00 cards, 8x00 cards etc...
- For ATI if you GPU is not listed in the Windows 7 download the most recent Vista (x86, x64) equivalent
- For nVidia chipset Macbooks, iMacs and Mac Minis you may be able to download the latest nForce chipset drivers as well from the linked download page. For better functionality of external ports and SATA.
