Hi there, I have an iweb site set up to use personal domain.

My iweb site is the standard web.mac.com

But my personal domain

is only viewable with the www prefix.

How can I set up my personal domain so it requires no prefix or just the http://

Much appreciated. Thanks, T

Speak to your registrar, they should be able to do this for you. Or if you have a control panel you might even be able to do it yourself.

I have a control panel and I did all the cname stuff which enables me to have my personal domain show up in my browser with the proper links - no masking / searchable in google

The problem is that I cannot contact them. There's nowhere on the site for email or phone support.

I was hoping someone could suggest where in my dns panel I should be adjusting for this sort of thing.

Thanks! T

Solved!

I pointed the A record to 17.250.248.34 (web.mac.com ip) so it should take care of it when the server resets. Cheers, T
